Advantage & Disadvantage –
This detox drink help to lose weight by activating diuresis (means increasing urine production) and triggers frequent urination. So if you have any kidney disease, you should not be practicing this diet without permission of your doctor.
It is a less expensive diet as compared to other supplements that cause weight loss but this may lead to dehydration & may increase bowel movement. Laxatives or diuretic agents are not the worthy way to lose weight.
